Filter On provides fume-free robotic welding solutions to various industries using its diverse offering of welding SPMs, DID-type welding stations, and large robotic welding cells.Working Principle:Filter On range of Welding Fumes Extractors offer an effective solution for Enclosed Robotic Weld cells. The Fume Extractors are mounted either on top of a weld cell or side-wise, connected with GI ducting or flexible pipes. The units extract fumes from the weld cell cabinet, filter it through high efficiency Electrostatic Air Filter and exhaust clean & safe air to the shop environment. Based on sizes of weld cells, Filter On has 4 standard models to choose from. Customized systems based on any special requirement are also catered by Filter On.Key Features:Filter On robotic weld cells, solutions come with accessories such as mounting stands, flexible pipes, semi-rigid aluminum pipes, flexible arms, and suction hoods. Filter On India's Portable Fumes Extractor is a crucial tool for removing fumes from large crane-handled welding jobs.Working Principle:Filter On Portable Fume Extractor is working with basically 3 filters: pre-filter, after filter, and ESP filter. With its electrostatic filtration technology, it filters the fumes efficiently, and workers in an indoor work environment can get clean air.
