Filter-ON Electrostatic Air Filter works on principle of Electrostatic Precipitation. The fine, submicron particles in air are ionized with the help of high voltage and these charged particles are collected on opposite polarity Electrode plates. The particles which get deposited on the Electrode plates are held there with Electrostatic force of attraction. That is how the fine submicron size solid/liquid particles are separated from the air stream to exhaust clean & filtered air out of the system.Some of the unique advantages of Electrostatic Filter are - 1. Zero Replacement Cost – Cleanable & Reusable filters. There is no filter media as such which ‘filters’ the particles like Media type filters. Particles get deposited on the aluminum plates, which can be cleaned, washed and reused for years together without any need to replace it.2. Ability to trap very fine Smoke / Fumes & Mist Particles with high efficiency. The Electrostatic Precipitation process can ionize & filter out very fine particles even up to 0.1 micron size.
